FAPRA awards recognize companies, associations, and individuals for outstanding achievements in the retail industry in five categories – most innovative retail concept, best marketing campaign, green retailer, best effort in retail employee training and customer service excellence.
The awarding was held in conjunction with the 19th Asia Pacific Retailers Conference and Exhibition (APRCE) & International Goods Fair, one of the retail industry's biggest regional events, last September 5-7, 2019, in Chongqing China.
