combines classic and modern sensibilities

GRAND WINNER: University of the Philippines' contrasting living room style speaks elegance and comfort.

Wilcon launched this year's Obra Maestra Competition at the Philippine Trade Training Center. The recently concluded event was conducted from March 13 to 17.

Now on its third year, Obra Maestra is Wilcon's annual interior design student competition. Students from nine universities and colleges in Metro Manila participate in the event. This year's theme was “Transcendence: Classical Accents in Contemporary Settings.” The contestants were challenged to mesh the appeal of timeless concepts and modern ideas into a unified design. All the completed modules, made and constructed entirely by the contestants with products available at Wilcon, featured home designs that were avidly viewed by the trade goers and home enthusiasts.
