ilcon, the country's most reliable home building partner has gathered 500 of their loyal clients and valued suppliers to a day of running for an environmental cause. The Wilcon Run for Environment is an Eco trail run event that took place at La Mesa Nature Reserve in Quezon City, last April 3, 2016.

The run featured three race categories which were 3k, 6k, and 10k run. During the awarding ceremony, the top 3 champion runners for both male and female categories were given their respective prizes.

Aside from promoting an active and healthy lifestyle, Wilcon Run for Environment was mainly a fund raising drive with the purpose of supporting the La Mesa Nature Reserve for its environmental projects.         “Beyond the competitive nature of this sports event, I hope we have gotten one of our most important message across, which is making others aware of each and everyone's responsibility for the environment,” said Wilcon President and CEO William T. Belo during his closing remarks.

This charity fun run event is supported by Wilcon's valued suppliers. Partner brands who served as Platinum sponsors for the run were Grohe, Boysen, Mariwasa, Firefly, Kent, Kohler, and Geberit.
