•Promo is from
March 16 to September 28, 2007
•Every P1,000
cash or card purchase in a single receipt, entitles customers
to a raffle coupon. Paid reservation fees or deposits are not
entitled to a raffle coupons.
•To claim
raffle coupon/s, customer must present the Wilcon sale invoice
at the Customer Service counter of the participating store
where purchase was made.
•Raffle
coupon/s should be filled up with the following customer
information: complete name, home address, email address and
telephone number. The customer affixed signature, the Wilcon
invoice number, and the corresponding amount of purchase
should also be filled in. Sales invoice and raffle coupons
should be kept as this will be required in claiming the prize.
•Raffle
coupon/s should be dropped in drop boxes located at any Wilcon
branch. Only raffle coupons entered during the specified promo
period, on or before the cut-off time (6:00 PM), will be
included in the draw (i.e., only entries for the month of
March 16 are qualified for the April 17 draw.) Non-winning
entries after Each monthly draw will not be included in the
succeeding draws but will be included in the Grand Draw.

•Entries from
both Metro Manila and Davao stores of Wilcon are included in
the raffle draws. All draws will be held at the Wilcon
Builders' Depot Main office located at Libis, Quezon City.
Draws will be at 5:00 pm and will be witnessed by a DTI
representative.
•There will be
30 winners per monthly draw. Prizes per month will be as
follows:
-10 winners of 53.4cm (21") FX30P (MTS) Panasonic Color TV's
-10 winners of 0.15 m3 (5 cu ft.) Panasonic Personal
Refrigerators
-10 winners of .076 m3 Imarflex Microwave ovens (MO-SS20D)
•Grand prize
is one (1) BMW 3-series. (316i M/T)
•A
customer/participant may only win one (1) monthly prize. If
drawn more than once, he/she gets the prize of higher value.
Winners of the monthly draws will still have the chance to win
during the grand draw.
•Winners will
be notified via registered mail. NCR/Metro Manila winners may
claim their prize at Wilcon Builders Depot Main office -90 E.
Rodriguez Jr. Ave., Ugong Norte, Libis, Quezon City. Davao
winners may claim their prize at Wilcon Builders' Supply Davao
branch in Matina, Davao City. To claim prize, winners should
present the registered mail notifying him/her of his/her
winning, a valid ID (driver's license, passport, SSS or
voter's ID), and the Wilcon sales invoice.
•Prizes must
be claimed within 60 days from receipt of notice, otherwise,
it shall be forfeited in favor of Wilcon, with prior DTI
l.approval.
•Prizes above
P10,000 are subject to 20% tax to be shouldered by the winner.
•Prizes are
transferable but non-convertible to cash.
•For non-Metro
Manila winners, shipping cost of minor prizes (TV, Microwave
oven and Ref) will be shouldered by Wilcon Builders' Depot and
Supply.
•For non-Metro
Manila winners, shipping cost of the BMW grand prize will not
be shouldered by Wilcon Builders' Depot and Supply and shall
be occurred to the winner.
•Car
registration is to be shouldered by the winner.
•Employees of
Wilcon Builders' Depot and Wilcon Builders' Supply, their
advertising agency and suppliers, and their relatives up to
the second degree of consanguinity of affinity are
disqualified from the Trenta Fiesta Raffle promo.
