Promo Mechanics:

1. Promo period is from January 15, 2010 to February 28, 2010.

2. Open to all RCBC Bankcard, BPO, BPI and CITIBANK card holders whose
    accounts are active and in good credit standing.

3. To be eligible for the 0% installment, a cardholder must use his/her RCBC
    Bankard, BDO, BPI or CITIBANK credit card to purchase any of the selected
    items in participating WILCON branches.

4. 0% on installment is applicable on selected items to be paid over a period of 3
    or 6 months.

5. All installment purchases are subject to participating banks; credit approval.

6. 0% interest is applicable only if the cardholder pays his/her monthly intallment
    in full.

7. Transactions of both the Principal and his/her supplementary qualify for the
installment promo.

8. The promo is valid only for purchases amounting to P3,000 and up.

9. Paints, appliances and on sale items are not included in the promo.
