1. Promo period is from May 1 to July 31, 2009.

2. Every P1,000.00 cash or card purchase in a single receipt, entitles customer to a raffle coupon. Paid reservation fees or deposits are not entitled to raffle coupons.
 
3. To claim raffle coupon/s, customer must present the Wilcon sales invoice to the Customer Service counter of the participating store where the purchase was made.

4. Raffle coupon/s should be filled out with the following customer information: complete name, home address, and signature. Fields for e-mail address and telephone number are optional. The Wilcon invoice number, and the corresponding amount of purchase should be also filled in. Sales invoice and claim stubs should be kept by the customer as these will be required in claiming the prizes.

5. Raffle coupons should be dropped in drop boxes located at all Wilcon branches. Only raffle coupons entered during the specified promo period on or before the cut-off for each monthly draw will be considered valid.

6. A customer can only win once per month. If his name is drawn more than once, he/she gets the prize of higher value. The customer non-winning entries within a particular month are still eligible to win in the succeeding monthly draws.

7. There will be a total of three monthly draws with the corresponding cut-off dates and prizes:

1st Monthly Draw-June 5, 5pm
-Cut-off for all entries is 5 pm of May 31.

-There will only be one (1) winner of a 3 days and 2 nights trip for (2) two to Bohol. This vacation package includes airfare and hotel accommodations only. Validity of prize is 1 year upon receipt of trip voucher.

-There will be 20 winners of P5,000.00 worth of Wilcon Gift Certificates. (12 months validity upon issuance date).

-There will be 10 winners of P10,000.00 worth of Wilcon Gift Certificates. (12 months validity upon issuance date).

2nd Monthly Draw-July 4, 5pm
-Cut-off for all entries is 5 pm of June 30.

-There will only be one (1) winner of a 3 days and 2 nights trip for (2) two to Boracay. This vacation package includes airfare and hotel accommodations only. Validity of prize is 1 year upon receipt of trip voucher.

-There will be 20 winners of P5,000.00 worth of Wilcon Gift Certificates. (12 months validity upon issuance date).

-There will be 10 winners of P10,000.00 worth of Wilcon Gift Certificates. (12 months validity upon issuance date).

3rd and Final Grand Draw-August 8, 5pm
-Cut-off for all entries is 5 pm of July
31.

- There will only be one (1) winner of a 3 days and 2 nights trip for (2) two to El Nido. This vacation package includes airfare and hotel accommodations only. Validity of prize is 1 year upon receipt of trip voucher.

- There will be 20 winners of P5,000.00 worth of Wilcon Gift Certificates. (12 months validity upon issuance date).

- There will be 10 winners of P10,000.00 worth of Wilcon Gift Certificates. (12 months validity upon issuance date).

8. Entries from Metro Manila, Davao, Pampanga, and Tarlac stores of Wilcon are valid for each draw.

9. All draws will be held in Wilcon Builders Main office located at Libis, Quezon City and witnessed by a DTI representative.

10. Winners will be notified via registered mail. NCR/Metro Manila winners may claim their prize at Wilcon Builder's Depot Main Office at 90 E. Rodriguez Jr. Ave., Ugong Norte, Libis Quezon City. Davao winners may claim their prize at the Wilcon Builder's Supply Branch in Matina, Davao City. To claim their prize, winners should present the registered mail notifying him/her of his/her winning, a valid ID (driver's license, passport, SSS, or voter's ID), the Wilcon claim stub, and the winning Wilcon sales invoice. Winner may be asked for a photo opportunity during claiming, for documentation purposes.

11. Prizes should be claimed within 60 days from receipt of notice. Otherwise, it shall be forfeited in favor of Wilcon with prior DTI approval.

12. All consolation prizes are tax-free but the three major prizes (Bohol Vacation Package, Boracay Vacation Package, and El Nido Vacation Package) are subject to 20% tax to be shouldered by the winner.

13. Wilcon will only be responsible for providing the airline tickets and hotel accommodations. All necessary traveling documents, travel insurance, reservation fees, and expenses beyond these will be the responsibility of the winner.

14. All prizes are transferable but non-convertible to cash.

15.Employees of Wilcon  Builders’  Depot and Wilcon  Builders’  Supply,  their advertising agency and suppliers, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
