RETAIL DEPARTMENT
  Payment Policies
    We accept payment in the form of the ff:
    ● Cash
     Checks (to be cleared before item/s are picked up or delivered)
     Wilcon Gift Certificates (GC's)
     Other on-going promo Gc's (i.e. Bankcard Gc's)
       Interbranch deposits
     Fund transfers/Electronic Transfer/Bank Transfer
    Debit Cards/ATMs
     All major credit cards.
   

 

 
   

∙ There must be at least a 30% down payment for C.O.D.s or Cash On Deliveries before the items are scheduled for delivery.
∙ Upon request, payments before delivery can be picked up by our collection service. Please coordinate with our sales staff.

 
  Delivery Policies  
   

Deliveries are scheduled three (3) to five (5) working days from purchase date, in Metro Manila and provincial addresses.

 

    Note: We don't schedule Provincial deliveries on Saturdays.  
  Charges  
    Delivery Charges: Free delivery within Metro Manila on most of our items.  
     (Outside Manila)     

Charges will apply depending on the location. Please consult the nearest Wilcon store in your area.

    Other Charges  
   

In the instance of addresses within subdivisions, any subsequent charges by the neighborhood association will be shouldered by the customer. Subdivision charges vary from neighborhood to neighborhood.

 
   Returns and Exchange policy  
   

All goods for return will be accepted within thirty (30) days of invoice and all returns are subject for inspection and will only be accepted in its original packing and in good order and condition. (In cases of returns of Ceramic Tiles, we require that returns should be in its original box or packaging. Except for Listels, we will not accept returns if they are not in their original packaging.)

 
       
   

There will be a ten percent (10%) service charge on cancelled orders and order changes if the goods have been reserved for more than one (1) month.

 
   

Goods are only accepted if it is returned to the originating store branch where it was bought.

 
   

On Credit Card purchases & returns:

 
      We accept returns for exchange  
     We accept returns for refund (with surcharge)  
     We accept returns for reversal (no surcharge)  
       
 WHOLESALE DEPARTMENT  
    Terms in payment are extended to duly approved dealers.  
    Special incentives and privileges are given to qualifying dealers.  
    Interested parties may apply to the wholesale department
