Proving that all it really takes to start a successful business is a good idea and the willingness to see it through, Fernan's start with Organeat was born of her natural desire for affordable and novel home improvement. Her initial efforts with appealing mailbox ideas for her own place, and the positive interest in them from her friends and neighbors, led to the creation of Organeat and its first product line: Mailboxes.

Organeat made its first high-profile public appearance at the Libis and Filinvest locations of Wilcon towards the end of 2009, and it was met with strong customer response. With encouraging sales, Fernan believes that she made the right choice in partnering up with Wilcon as her first major retail distributor.
