On January 6, 2012, the Create a Job for the Disabled Association, Inc. was the happy recipient of a generous donation from Wilcon Builder's Depot: 25 wheelchairs for its constituents and beneficiaries.

The CJDA is an accredited agency of the Department of Social Work and Development (DSWD), currently conducting a national fundraising campaign for the disabled.  The assosciation's ongoing project, "Gintong Landas Project 2011," aims to collect assistive devices, such as wheelchairs, for the benefit of young and elderly individuals who are coping with disabilities.

Part of Wilcon's corporate social responsibility is the provision of care and support to those who need it the most.  This donation is a manifestation of the company's desire to reach out to the disabled, and to help them lead more fulfilling lives.
