PROMO MECHANICS

  1. Promo period is from October 1, 2023 - December 30, 2023 available at all Wilcon Depot, Wilcon Home Essentials stores and Online shop. Exclusive to Wilcon Loyalty members.
  2. Every Five Thousand Pesos (Php 5,000.00) worth of single receipt in cash or card purchase entitles customers to ONE e-raffle entry. This promo is EXCLUSIVE for My Wilcon App Members only. Purchases made within the month of October and December 2023 are entitled to register and join the promo.
  3. To be eligible to the promo, customer must meet the following criteria:
    • Must be a Wilcon Loyalty Member
    • Must be a Filipino Citizen or permanent resident of the Philippines
    • Must be of legal age (18 years old and above)
    • Must NOT be an employee of Wilcon Depot, Inc.,Wilcon Advertising agency, Wilcon related parties, affiliates and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity and/or affinity, and any other party who are directly involved in organizing, promoting or conducting the promo and draw.
  4. Customers must register their entry online, just visit website URL: https://raffles.wilcon.com.ph
  5. To create an account online, the Customer will be required to register the following:
    • Complete Name
    • Email Address used for Wilcon Loyalty App
    • Mobile Number
    • Gender
    • Complete Home Address
    • Birthdate
  6. Registered details can only make one (1) account.
    • Replicated details will not be honored.
    • Only ONE account is allowed per Customer.
    • Replicated details will not be honored.
    For example, Email Address A is used to register account A, thus, email address A will no longer be eligible to register account B or any other accounts in the WILCON My Home Goals 2.0 ANNIVERSARY PROMO.

  9. For every customer purchase, an email notification will be received by registered customers within 24 hours. Customers are to select the (1) Makeover Prize for each raffle entry earned to join the Weekly and Grand Raffle from October 1, 2023 - December 30, 2023. Email content as follows:

    “Thank you for joining ‘WILCON MY HOME GOALS 2.0 ANNIVERSARY PROMO’. You have successfully received xxx entries from your past purchase. Make sure to select your desired Makeover Prize on or before _____ to join the Weekly and Grand Raffle!

    Keep your Sales Invoice as proof of purchase. Keep on shopping at any Wilcon branch or at shop.wilcon.com.ph for more chances of winning.”

  10. Customers can check accumulated entries in their account within the raffle promo website URL: raffles.wilcon.com.ph
  11. Customer Order (CO) number is not valid to join the promo, only Sales Invoice and POS invoice are allowed.
  12. All registration and entries should be done electronically through promo website URL: https://raffles.wilcon.com.ph. No manual entries will be accepted. Registration is final and cannot be transferred, altered and/or modified.

  1. Non-winning entries in the Weekly Draws automatically qualify in the Grand Raffle Draw. Customers can ONLY win ONCE (1) each week and in the Grand Raffle Draw.
  2. Submission and cut-off registration of entries will be from:
    • October 1, 2023 to January 5, 2024, 11:59 PM
  3. The Grand Draw will be randomly picked via electronic raffle draw on:
    • January 12, 2024, 10:00 AM
  4. Raffle draws will be held at Wilcon Depot Main Office located at 90 E. Rodriguez Jr. Avenue, Ugong Norte, Quezon City in the presence of DTI Representative/s.
  5. There will be FIVE (5) winners per week of PHP10,000.00 worth of Wilcon EGC for the areas of: Metro Manila, North Luzon, South Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao, OR, a total of SIXTY (60) winners for the Weekly Raffle Draws.

    Following are the Weekly Raffle draw dates with corresponding qualified entries:
    • Week 1: October 13 10:00am (Oct 1 to 7 entries)
    • Week 2: October 20 10:00am (Oct 8 to 14 entries)
    • Week 3: October 27 10:00am (Oct 15 to 21 entries)
    • Week 4: November 3 10:00am (Oct 22 to 28 entries)
    • Week 5: November 10 10:00am (Oct 29 to Nov 4 entries)
    • Week 6: November 17 10:00am (Nov 5 to 11 entries)
    • Week 7: November 24 10:00am (Nov 12 to 18 entries)
    • Week 8: December 1 10:00am (Nov 19 to 25 entries)
    • Week 9: December 8 10:00am (Nov 26 to December 2 entries)
    • Week 10: December 15 10:00am (December 3 to 9 entries)
    • Week 11: December 22 10:00am (December 10 to 16 entries)
    • Week 12: December 29 10:00am (December 17 to 23 entries)
  6. During the Grand Raffle draw, there will only be twenty-five (25) winners, 5 Winners of 400,000 worth of Wilcon Gift Certificate Home Makeover per area (Metro Manila, North Luzon, South Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao) who will win the following prize:
    • 5 winners from Metro Manila (January 12, 2023 10:00am Raffle)
    • 5 winners from North Luzon (January 12, 2023 10:00am Raffles)
    • 5 winners from South Luzon (January 12, 2023 10:00am Raffle)
    • 5 winners from Visayas (January 12, 2023 10:00am Raffle)
    • 5 winners from Mindanao (January 12, 2023 10:00am Raffle)

  7. ALL winning entries will be validated,following is the validation checklist:
    • Original Copy of winning Wilcon Sales Invoice.
    • Wilcon Official Invoice has not been tampered or dilapidated.
    • Entry was not submitted twice by the same or different account.
    • Entry not won twice.
    • Customers did not return ANY of the items purchased in the sales invoice or POS number.


ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS AND VALIDATION:

    Winners will be notified via registered mail, email and text message. Winners can claim their prizes at the nearest Wilcon Depot store. Redemption of prize should be until sixty (60) days from receipt of registered mail.

  1. To claim the prizes, winners must present the following documents:
    • Original copy of winning Wilcon Sales Invoice and POS Receipt.
    • Registered mail notification received as winner of the promo.
    • Two (2) Government Issued Identification Card (IDs)
    • My Wilcon App Registered Account.
  2. In case the winner will send a representative to claim his/her prize, the following documents should be submitted, in addition to the documents being required from the winner:
    • Notarized Special Power of Attorney (SPA)
    • Representative’s two (2) Government Issued Identification Card (Ids)
  3. In case the Sales Invoice/POS receipt is issued or named before a Company, claimant must present a notarized Secretary’s Certificate or Special Power of Attorney (SPA) showing that the representative to claim the prize is duly authorized to represent the corporation or company named in the Sales Invoice/POS receipt, in addition to the requirements as stated above.
  4. All documents provided by the winner will be verified by Wilcon Depot, Inc.
  5. Prizes unclaimed within sixty (60) days from receipt of registered mail will be forfeited in favor of Wilcon Depot, Inc. with prior DTI approval.
  6. All prizes in excess of PHP10,000.00 are subject to 20% withholding tax and shall be borne by the winners.
  7. Prizes are NOT convertible to cash and are non-transferable.
  8. By participating in this promo, customers agree to be bound by the official rules and regulations and decisions of Wilcon Depot, Inc. Participating in this promo also constitutes permission of the winners to participate in any advertising purpose or activity in line with the promotion including the publication and use of their name at Wilcon’s website and publication.
  9. Participants found violating any of the Rules and Regulations of this promo shall be disqualified from joining the promo.
  10. By accepting the prizes, winners agree to hold Wilcon Depot, Inc. and its employees free from any liability, loss, injury, or damage arising from their participation in the program or from their acceptance and/or use of the prizes.
  11. Acceptance of the prizes constitute permission to use the winner’s name and photograph for advertising purposes without further notice or compensation, unless prohibited by law.
